Some DOIs in the Metadata Plus JSON snapshots missing memberID Subscribe
Identified - We discovered yesterday that some ~6,000 DOIs in the current Metadata Plus JSON snapshots (and within the REST API) are missing the memberID element. We're currently investigating a fix.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Identified - We discovered that the crm-items that we supplement to the Metadata Plus XML snapshots are missing from the most recent XML output. We're rebuilding the XML snapshots with the crm-items now and expect the full XML output will be available later this week. Note: these crm-items are still present in OAI-PMH and the transformed XML available via the REST API.

Handle server error causing failures for some deposits
Resolved - Our partners at CNRI had trouble with the Crossref handle server starting at 20:00 UTC today. This caused deposit errors for some of our members that included this error message: "HandleException (CANNOT_CONNECT_TO_SERVER)." CNRI has fixed the error and we are reprocessing all failed submissions that were received since 20:00 UTC today.
